Our Facility Rules
We are here to help you with your storage needs, but we can only do that if we work together:
- Be courteous of and respect other stores on site
- Respect the facility, and facility staff
- It is important that all stores understand and accept Self Storage Australia’s stores agreement (this will be presented to you upon signing the agreement).
Renting a unit
- A deposit for 1 month is required upon payment for the rent of one unit
- It is important to note that there is a 1-month fixed period storage term. The minimum fixed period is flexible based on your storage needs (your requirement for a shorter renting period must be justified). Please call us to discuss.
- Each storage unit (depending on the size) has a different monthly rental fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our units are very affordable, and we can very simply find something to suit your budget. We highly recommended that you visit our facility in person to view the different unit sizes (there are approximately 11 different sizes), so that we can provide a quote based on the unit size you are after.
Stores have 7-day access to their storage unit from 6am-7pm, with the use of their individualized gate code. After-hours access can be arranged with a small fee. However, if you would like to purchase storage essentials or need assistance, our facility staff will be able to help you out Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 4:30pm.
We know that your belongings are important to you, that’s why we don’t back down on keeping them safe.
Our Facility features the following to ensure the safety of your belongings:
– 24/7 CCTV monitored with over 20 cameras with motion tracking, placed around the
facility
– Individualised padlocks that only you have the keys to
– Individualised gate pin codes that only you will be given upon payment

We are quite flexible when it comes to storing your items. A wide variety of things can be stored in your storage unit. You can store business documents to furniture, appliances, clothing, sports equipment etc. If what you are willing to store is not on this list and you are not sure if you are allowed to store it in your unit, please call our facility staff to discuss.
With a large open space (undercover spaces available), we offer recreational storage i.e., your car/van, motorbike, caravans, boats and RV’s can be stored safely with us. Send us a quote and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We know you want to keep your belongings safe, and that’s why you’re here, but there are things that cannot be stored in any unit by any store for health and safety concerns.
What we do not allow:
– Firearms/explosives
– Illegal objects and/or illegal animals
– Animals/livestock
– Liquids & Substances that may be dangerous
If what you are willing to store is not on this list and you are not sure if you are allowed to store it in your unit, please call our facility staff to discuss.

You are able to move in straight away providing a Self-Storage agreement has been filled out and payment has been made. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
There is a fixed storage period of one month with All Time Storage. However, the minimum fixed period is flexible based on your storage needs (your requirement for a shorter renting period must be justified). Please call us to discuss further.
We understand that things change from time-to-time, that’s why if you wish to cancel your agreement after one month, you must inform facility staff so that your agreement is not automatically extended.
Only you!! If you would like to allow someone else to access your self-storage unit, it is your responsibility to inform storage facility staff, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter the site.
We strongly advise that you do not give your individualized gate code and/or padlock key, to anyone, in an attempt to keep your belongings and the storage facility safe.
